Weaving

I began weaving whilst studying textiles at Manchester Metropolitan University. It is a very rewarding process in which each individual thread is placed in a certain way to create the final fabric.

I am currently working on a range of delicate woven scarves inspired by the sea. Having spent all of my childhood holidays in North Wales I find coastlines to be a constant source of inspiration for both my drawing and fabric work.
