I began weaving three years ago whilst studying textiles at Manchester Metropolitan University. It is a time - consuming but highly satisfying process, in which each individual thread is placed in a certain way in order to create a whole piece of fabric.

I am currently working on a range of delicate woven scarves inspired by the sea. Having spent all of my childhood holidays in North Wales I find coastlines to be a constant source of inspiration for both my drawing and fabric work.
