My Work

Taking inspiration from everyday surroundings, my work is an exploration of colour, surface and texture. Drawing and sketching are an important part of my creative process and much of my textile work is inspired by my initial drawings. I work with a variety of fabrics, papers and mixed media including layers of  hand and machine embroidery.
